People hear business and think it is a facility operated environment. we are structured as a home environment. It looks and is maintained like any family home and better because the home is cleaned daily as the residents have daily chores that are inspected daily. 

2) You Save. We do minor repairs. If anything should happen to break that is not a major system or caused by the residents. We take care of repairs so the landlord do not get  constant repair request. 

3) Rent paid on time! We are government contracted so the rent is guaranteed and you never have to worry about when you will be paid.

 Unlike renting to students who you hope the parents will pay you or guarantee the rental payment, Or traditional tenants who you do not know if they will  miss a payment due to unfortunate circumstances or fall behind in their rent.

4) The home is kept in pristine condition because our family is required to deep clean once a week. So you do not have to worry about  students or tenants leaving smelly laundry or messes and who do not have good cleaning habits.

5)We are insured and government inspected and approved.

6) Our family members have curfews and are drug tested. So there is a zero tolerance for drug use or alcohol.

7) All of the residents are screened and are required to work or go to school.

8) Neighbors feel safe knowing there is a business as their neighbor. Who is not causing a nuisance, partying all times of night, littering the neighborhood and having random strange guest in the neighborhood.
